We moved towards the Hills in the north and we had some good longrange fighting.there was always some fighting to our right and we tried to flank one of the teams fighting. With only 4 teams left we were trying to get a good position and kill one of the teams, but we got surprised by the last missing team and they killed us. Other than that, very good tactical game for us.

We were behind on everything, XP, kills, structures ...
For every kill my team made they gave up 2 deaths
Our main DPS habitually sacrifices himself 1v5 for unknown reasons
Team couldn't regroup for objectives going in 1 by 1
Couldn't cap an objective the entire game
Our siege Artillery plays like it was a vs bot match which obv doesn't work
Most of us went about the game just waiting for the suffering to end
But for some reason the enemy couldn't finish the match
And we got to survive till late game.

Thing with late game is, picks are particularly punishing. If you die you stay dead for 1 whole minute.
Alot of things can happen in 1 minute.
I guess the enemy got careless having played ez gaem ez lyfe this entire time
Their top DPS 2v3 us for no reason.
I drop a sweet root on him and we got us a huge pick that bought the team 1 minute to wreak havoc.

With their top carry and his pocket support dead me and my vs bot Artillery went ham and threatened to end the game just like that.
Enemy had to teleport back to defend against us and my team got a free objective win.

Classic HotS snowball effect followed.

6 minutes

Last decent Reinhart match in QP before the weekend.
King of the Hill game mode.
Public opinion is that Reinhart isn't a good pick on this game mode but I keep seeing pro teams use him regardless.
Might as well practice and learn the Why's and the Why not's.

I was in synch with our 2nd tank which made it easier to play Rein and gave him my vote at the end.

I haven't watched OW pros in a long time, but my opinion of rein on koth is he's acceptable but limits your route of attack.
The first map in the video, rein has to fight on the left, while guarding the front entry point. I think you were just lucky when u wrapped around the side, you didn't know for sure the enemy didn't have a boop hero. Rein is so big that he shouldn't go near the edges at all. The main point is also too big a space for rein to hold. People can flank around the shield, and you're basically a walking ult charge for the enemy flankers.

Second map i like for rein, small point, but still the back route is your only real way in. Once in rein becomes great to hold the point, swinging those hammers lots of walls to charge into etc.. Front entry, is doable but its sketchy. Even once you're past the bridge your shield doesn't offer much cover.

The map which wasn't shown i think is 50/50 for rein. Depending on the enemy teams, rein could be good or bad.
